Our Youth Sessions are weekly training sessions designed to challenge, support, and elevate young people both physically and mentally.
Each session incorporates structured physical activity. This includes boxing, wrestling, cardio, strength and conditioning, and more. These sessions are led by experienced coaches who know how to bring out the best in our youth.
Alongside physical work, we emphasise mental resilience. Whether it's a motivational talk, breathing techniques, or group reflection, we help participants strengthen their mindset, not just their muscles.
These sessions bring together a diverse group of young people who push and uplift each other. The goal is not competition, but growth — individually and as a community.
